10/10. We can not say enough about our stay. The apartment was beyond our expectations and was absolutely wonderful, with a beautiful view from the private balcony. The refrigerator was fully stocked with juices, wine, eggs, butter, yogurts and sodas. We received a basket every morning with delicious homemade pastries. Gianluca met us at the parking garage and transported all of our luggage. The staff were friendly, accommodating and appreciative. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

What a wonderful place and the absolute best hosts! The property is beautiful, fully air conditioned, sparkling clean, and in an easy to walk location that is close to the restaurants and shops but tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. Every modern convenience you can think of and several I wouldn't expect (sparkling water dispenser!?!). Great views of La Bocche/Bay of Poets. The provided amenities go well beyond the usual, are well thought through, are high level (e.g., proper sparkling and red wine glasses) -more like what you might get at a 5 star hotel. Gianluca, Cristina and the Ca Amae team that manage the property were so kind and friendly and always responsive. They helped recommendations, luggage and even reservations. The property is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the Ca Amae team adds another level that makes you feel comfortable in a new place - home away from home. The best equipped, best supplied and best managed property.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! For so many reasons:
- they brought our bags up after a short taxi from La Spezia
- the town is nicer, cleaner, less crowded, friendlier and easier to navigate than most of Cinque Terre
- Christina acted like a concierge for us: dinner reservations, excursion reservations, guided us through town, was available for every question we had. So friendly and helpful.
- the apartment is styled to perfection. It has everything you need or want! Wine cellar with bottles for sale, coffees, snacks, drinks, pastries every morning, games to play, smart TVs in every room.
The result? A space to immediately enjoy, de-stress and decompress, great breakfasts on the balcony and restaurants a short stroll away. Nightcaps of wine on the terrace watching the moon rise over the island. Bella vita!

What truly made this stay unforgettable was the host's unmatched hospitality and attention to detail from the moment I booked, to our departure morning.
Every morning was a highlight, starting with a delicious breakfast of pastries and bread delivered straight from a local bakery. A bowl of fresh fruit was on the table upon arrival and fresh milk, yogurt and eggs were stocked in the fridge along with a generous selection of drinks.
Our family felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and we are so thankful we could experience this dreamy part of Italy.

From the very moment we arrived, we were welcomed like true VIPs. Cristina and her colleague met us at the parking area at the entrance to the village and kindly took care of transporting all our luggage to our wonderful accommodation, perfectly located in the heart of Portovenere.
As soon as we stepped inside, it was an immediate wow moment. We were instantly captivated by the apartment’s exceptional location, with breathtaking views over the Gulf and the iconic Church of San Pietro.
The apartment itself is outstanding. Its elegant, understated design, refined furnishings, premium appliances, and meticulous attention to every detail create an atmosphere of true luxury. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared for our comfort: high-quality towels, bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries, and a complete set of beach essentials.
The refrigerator was generously stocked with fresh fruit and beverages, and a chilled filtered water dispenser was also available throughout our stay.
Every morning, a generous, varied, and delicious breakfast was delivered directly to the apartment. This exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable.
The apartment was impeccably cleaned every day, and the beds were made daily, just as you would expect in a world-class luxury hotel. This flawless housekeeping service greatly enhanced our comfort throughout our stay.
Everything had been carefully designed and organized with a level of excellence worthy of the finest luxury establishments.

We chose Portovenere as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre while avoiding the crowds. We had no idea how beautiful it would be, or how much San Pietro Terrace by the Sea would make our stay truly unforgettable.
Reserved parking at the entrance to the village, luggage collected, and within just a few minutes we were already on holiday, standing on a breathtaking terrace with St. Peter's Church beside us and the Gulf of Poets stretching out before us.
Every morning we woke up to a breakfast basket filled with delicious local products, accompanied by a fresh flower. A simple gesture that says it all: this is a home where every detail has genuinely been designed with guests in mind.
The beautiful books dedicated to the local landscapes, history and culture, along with the complimentary San Pietro Terrace branded beach bags, reflected the care that had gone into every aspect of the experience.
Our host also arranged a private sunset boat tour for us around Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. Time seemed to stand still as the light changed over the sea and the three islands surrounded us.

This Airbnb was absolutely the nicest place we have ever stayed! The photos don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate, so well thought out and the views from the patio cannot be beat! Most importantly, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. The hospitality that was extended to us was incredible — help with luggage immediately upon arrival, a picnic basket of the most incredible pastries and breads delivered to our doorstep daily, a stocked refrigerator, local recommendations… Truly, this stay was amazing not only because of the unit itself, but the fact that we were treated like family from the moment we arrived is something we will never forget. We loved Portovenere for its beauty and incredible food, but the people and hospitality is something that will stay with us forever. We truly cannot thank you enough for such an amazing stay. We stayed at San Pietro Terrace by the Sea as two couples of friends and completely fell in love with it. It is one of those homes where, the moment you walk in, you immediately feel like you're on holiday. It is elegant yet welcoming at the same time, the view is truly spectacular, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated.
After spending our days exploring Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, coming back here was always a pleasure. The highlight was enjoying an aperitivo on the terrace at sunset, overlooking the Gulf of Poets with St. Peter's Church right beside us: a view that is truly unforgettable!
We especially appreciated the private parking space, the luggage service and the breakfast delivered each morning, with freshly baked croissants, pastries and focaccia from the nearby bakery at Locanda San Pietro.
We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. We will definitely be back, and next time we'll stay even longer!
